Our business was born on house flipping and total renovations, then grew into a primarily residential remodeler of kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. With the changes in economies and a pandemic, we found our strengths and capabilities growing into the commercial side of construction as well. Dustin Riegel, the founder of KMB Homes has been knee deep in carpentry, construction management, and customer service since he began his career after graduation from Conrad Weiser. Vo-tech prepared him for the wood working trade, but his passion to run a business grew over three decades, so KMB Properties LLC was born in 1999 as a side business for house flipping.
When the market crashed in 2006, he knew it was time to create his own remodeling company and dedicate his career to his craft. That’s when the business evolved into KMB Homes. Dustin has built a solid team in his family-owned, small business. The KMB Team know customer service is priority #1.
